Dr. Amrutha Pentakota

Rooted in the coastal city of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, Dr. Amrutha completed her schooling up to Grade 12 at Delhi Public School, Visakhapatnam, laying a strong academic foundation that shaped her pursuit of excellence in medicine.

She earned her MBBS from Maharajah's Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre, followed by her internship at the historic King George Hospital, one of the oldest and most respected tertiary care institutions in the region. She completed her postgraduate training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Bangalore, where she developed a strong foundation in comprehensive women’s healthcare and complex surgical management.

With a deep commitment to precision-driven, minimally invasive surgery, Dr. Amrutha pursued advanced fellowships in laparoscopy at Lifeline Hospital and Apollo Hospitals, Jubilee Hills. She successfully cleared the prestigious F.MAS examination, reflecting her technical expertise and academic rigor in endoscopic surgery.

Her evolution into robotic surgery began with structured training at Apollo Hospitals Jubilee Hills, followed by advanced-level robotic training in Greece, Europe — equipping her with international exposure and cutting-edge surgical finesse.

Today, Dr. Amrutha is known for delivering personalised, evidence-based, and technologically advanced care. Her approach blends surgical mastery with empathy, ensuring that every woman receives world-class treatment with dignity, comfort, and confidence.
